Access for guests

Access to the house and the apartment is through an ABUS key box, which can be opened with a code. The whole apartment is always at your disposal. Make yourself at home! Condition for access to the apartment is that our online check-in has been filled out before check-in.

Only after completing the online check-in, the access codes can be sent.

Additional services:

- Late Check-Out subject to availability and bookable for an extra charge.

- Cleaning during the stay possible for an extra charge. A registration form must be filled out online before check-in.

Rules

HOUSE RULES

• Check-in is at 15:00, check-out is at 10:00. Early check-in or later check-out may be available upon re-quest. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleanings are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.

• Guests are not allowed to make reservations in their city of residence. Please contact us if you are booking within your city.

• Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not allowed. Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of 250€ plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.

• Commercial photography/videography without written consent and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

• Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge 30€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.

• Animals are allowed if they are announced. An additional fee will be charged.

• Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys or remote controls.

• Noise detecting technology may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.

• Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises. Guests must report any property damage to us. The taking of objects is prohibited and will be legally prosecuted.

• Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Violation of house rules may lead to immediate cancellation of reservation and eviction without refund.

• The night rest is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.

• Guests are obliged to fill in the check-in form before entering the apartment, attaching a photo of the personal ID. The guest will be granted access only if this form is filled in. The host reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case of untrue information. In this case, guests are liable for all costs incurred.
